契約書
以下に記す情報は、個人商店OfficeRYUZO(龍造寺徹)とその顧客との間で交わされる、当社が作成、考案した物を商用に利用したい場合に支払わなければならない金額を示した物です。通貨の違いによる価格の違いについては、顧客が好きな通貨を選択できるものとします。支払先は円による場合はみずほ銀行松山支店、それ以外はクレディスイス銀行東京支店と致します。英文の契約書と日本語の契約書の内容が矛盾する場合、日本語の契約書の内容が優先する物とします。請求書が必要な場合には龍造寺徹までご連絡ください。英文でも日本語でも構いません。
  • 通信ソフトMagicKTXの利用については、MagicKTXのドキュメントを参考にして下さい。
  • 常温超電導に関する特許案件は、超電導電池と言う形で利用し、利用料は一設備につき500万円または5万ドルまたは5万ユーロとします。また、リモコンの電池として利用したい場合に限り、リモコン1台あたり1500円または15ドルまたは15ユーロです。月間1,000台以上の利用については、月間300万円または3万ドルまたは3万ユーロとします。特許の有効期間は各国の法律に従います。
  • 充電池付き太陽光発電システムについては、太陽電池パネル1枚につき3万円または 300ドルまたは 300ユーロとします。特許の有効期間は同上。

  • 高周波音源チップはRealTekとの独占契約とし、チップ1,000個につき100万円または1万ドルとします。また、RealTekからサブライセンスを受けたい場合には、100個ロットで契約するものとし、RealTekど同じ条件が適用されます。また、インプリメンターとしてPioneerONKYO、dolby Lab.の両社の許可(ライセンスではなく許可)が必要です。ソフトウェアとしての利用の場合、アイデア料として3000万円または30万ドルまたは30万ユーロを支払うものとします。(著作権は著作者に帰属します)基本的にパソコンでの利用は7.1ch、オーディオ機器には144.2chを利用するものとします。ただし、サウンドブラスターが144.2chの出力を有する事は認めます。
  • ホログラムの3次元読み取りは 2020年 4月　1日から特許権が有効になるものとし、オプトウェアに毎年5,000万円請求する物とします。ホログラムのフォーマットにはクイックディスクと同様の物を採用し、シャープ株式会社にクイックディスクの商標料を支払う物とします。幾らにするかは未定です。ホログラムディスクはデータのみのメディアではありません。全て著作権管理団体に一定額を支払う物とします。ただし、金額に対しては引き下げを求めます。
  • Wi-Fi Multi Channelは商標権を主張します。インストールベース100台当たり10万円または1,000ドルまたは1,000ユーロとします。商標権の有効期間については各国の法律に従います。UQ Communicationは無料で利用できるものとします。Bluetooth Multi Channelに関しては、特許も商標権も主張いたしません。
  • 支払いは6か月手形とし、クレディスイス銀行東京支店に毎月20日までに手形を預けてください。
  • 台数に関しては自主申告制としますが、数量に疑念があった場合、領収書や材料等の購買記録を当社或いは集金業者であるクレディスイス銀行東京支店に見せるよう要求することがあります。顧客はこの権利を侵害する行為をする事は認められません。差異が5%以上あったと認められる場合、翌年20%のペナルティが付きます。
  • 上記の内容に同意できない場合、当社の案件を利用する事は認められません。
  • クレディスイス銀行は集金したお金の3%を手数料として受け取るものとします。
  • クレディスイス銀行は集金した手形の額面の3%を手数料とし、現金化するものとします。
  • この契約書は常に最新の物が有効です。

    Differ price by currency, it could choice by Customer Bender. Payment needs by Deposit at MIZUHO Bank Matsuyama Branch, or Credit Suisse Bank Tokyo Branch Office. If you need the Invoice paper, Would You Please Contact Mr.Tohru Ryuzoji by letter?? It is O.K in English or in Japanese.
  • About for using Communication Software MagicKTX, please reffer Document of MagicKTX.
  • Room temparature super conducter is for use to super conducter battery, price is 5 million yen, or 50 thousands dollar or 50 thousands euro by one build. Or use for battery of remote controllers, it charge price 1500 yen or 15 dollar or 15 euro at one unit. About for use more than a thousand units per a month, 3 million yen, or 30 thousands dollar, or 30 thousands euro in ONE month. Patent effective limit followed for each country raw.
  • Solar power unit with battery system needs payment 30 thousands yen, or 300 dollars, or 300 euros every one panel.
  • We contract about Upper cycle wave source chips with only RealTek. Every 1 thousands pieces needs payment a million yen, or 10 thousands dollars. If you want permition sublisence from RealTek, it needs numbers lot at 100 pieces, You need same payment with RealTek. And as right of imprementer, You need get permissions from PioneerONKYO and dolby Laboratories.(not Lisence but permission.) Use as software, you must pay us for 30 million yen, or 300 thousand dollars, or 300 thousand euros as idea costs. Copyright of software is with Software writers.
  • Would you please watch as same location as written in JAPANESE about hologram Disk??
  • We persist Trademark of "Wi-Fi Multi Channel". Every install 1 hundred units Customer Bendors need payment 100 thousands yen, or a thousand dollars, or a thousand euros. UQ communication has right for use this FREE. We don't persist "Bluetooth Multi Channel" any patents, any Trademarks, any rights.
  • You must pay us by 6 month bill, and limit is 20th day every months, and You must deposit bill to Credit Suisse Bank Tokyo Branch Office every month.
  • You could caunt numbers by yourself. BUT if I have doubt about you, I or Credit Suisse Bank Tokyo Branch Office might demand you to show us every records. You don't have any rights disturb this behabior of us. If there differ over -5%, it must penalty for +20% next year.
  • You could not use my patents and lisences without your agreement.
  • This contract is enable as newest one.
